This fly trap is maintenance free and completely disposable. There is nothing to clean up. It is highly effective, even on fruit flies.

It is effective to about a 100 yard radius.

Used extensively in the pest control industry, this fly trap is a farmer’s true friend for use on poultry farms, dairy farms, stables, livestock ranches, feed lots, kennels, waste products. Also effective on restaurant dumpsters or anywhere that flies are a problem.

Traps flies outdoors and away from the area that you want to protect. Each unit includes specially developed Ultra Biomass bait to draw them away from your protected area.

The bait is especially appealing to female flies. Up to 85% of the flies caught are female. This helps decrease the whole next generation.

The unit should be at least 30 feet away from the area that you want to protect. Pour in the powdered Ultra Biomass bait and add a 1 quart (1 liter) of water. Hang at least 5 feet off the ground in direct sunlight. The sun’s natural warmth activates the bait and gets the scent airborne.

The bait is effective for up to 4 to 6 weeks, after which the entire unit is removed and thrown away. The contents are safely bio-degradable.

Each trap is 8 inches in diameter and 10 inches tall. Empty weight is 4 ounces.

The fly trap is intended for outdoor use only. The Ultra Biomass bait is composed of sterilized food materials. Pour the bait into the trap and add water. When they warm in the sun, food scents drift out of the trap and into a wide area of the atmosphere. This attracts the flies. The warmer the weather, the quicker this happens. Trap should be placed outdoors in direct sunlight. Not indoors and not under a roof.
