Abrasive Pads (Refills) for the 16″ Mower Sharpening Kit

These abrasive pads are replacement parts for the Sharpening Kit for American Push Reel Mowers. They are 16 inches long, and are designed for use only with the 16″ reel mower sharpening kit.

In order to use these abrasive strips to sharpen a lawn mower, you need the backstop that’s included in the Sharpening Kit for American Push Reel Mowers. They cannot be used alone.

Each pad is coated with an aluminum oxide compound on one side. This abrasive works like sandpaper, and can be used several times before the pad loses it’s sharpening ability.
