This raised planter offers superior draining and can help prevent weeds from intruding into your garden or flower beds. It also reduces stooping and back strain by bringing plants 10 to 13 inches closer to you.

Unlike other raised planters, this design includes beautiful wooden finials. These finials (or ball toppers for those of us without a masters degree in architecture) give your garden a beautiful Victorian appearance. They also offer a great place for crawling vines to grab onto, which makes sense because finials were once used to hitch the reins of horses. The finials give a lively appearance to your garden, looking like blooming stalks even in the dead of winter.

The standard size is 3 feet deep, 6 feet wide, and 16 inches tall. That's big enough for 3 to 5 rows of most decorative plants. It's made of cedar - cedar wood and cedar oil are natural repellents that can be used to keep moths and squirrels away from your decorative plants.

Larger sizes are also available. The Large planter is 3' x 8' x 16" and the Extra-Large planter is 3' x 10' x 16".
