Your phone number is only used to contact you in case of an issue with your order. We aren't going to give the email address from your order to obnoxious spammers or anyone else. If you join our mailing list, we will not share the list with other companies. We don't send email to people who have joined our mailing list more often than two or three times a month, and you can remove yourself from the list at any time. It is possible that you might one day get a postcard, letter or paper catalog from us in the mail, but we aren't going to bombard you with constant mailings because it is expensive, useless and defeats the purpose of having a web site in the first place.
If you'd like to remain anonymous, feel free to send us cash or a money order in the mail, along with a drop box location that can be served by UPS or FedEx Ground where you would like your order shipped. We don't see any reason to be that private, but we'll work with you even if you are! Just be sure to include an anonymous email address so that we can contact you if we can't read your handwriting or the amount is incorrect. Add 8.25 percent sales tax if the order will be shipped to a Texas address. Shipping amounts are indicated when you add items to the shopping cart and go through the first couple of steps of checking out, unless you are in Alaska or Hawaii or outside the United States, which can be more expensive than indicated using this method.
Security Guarantee
We guarantee that every transaction you make at Clean Air Gardening will be safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at Clean Air Gardening. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, Clean Air Gardening will pay the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. Clean Air Gardening will pay this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Clean Air Gardening while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. When you make a purchase online with Clean Air Gardening, the transaction is encrypted and secure. You will see an icon at the bottom of your browser that shows this when you get to the page when you enter payment information. You will also see that the address begins with "https:" which means that it is a secure connection.
