This furniture is made with Eucalyptus, which is especially good for outdoor use. Eucalyptus is a tropical hardwood, which means that it has evolved to resist insects and other wood boring animals. It also ages nicely, taking on a Teak like appearance. Excessive logging in India, Burma, and Thailand has reduced the number of wild Teak trees, and this is a great alternative that helps promote responsible forestry.
