The liquid compost is made from cow manure that has been heat treated to eliminate odor and then fortified with additional phosphorous and potassium. It provides a balanced mix of nutrients in a form that plants can absorb quickly. This organic compost is perfect for building lush lawns, productive gardens, full trees, thriving bushes, and vibrant houseplants.

Each 1 quart bottle of Cow Wow is filled with concentrate made from cow manure. It is produced in Dublin, Texas, where a 1,800 cow dairy farm puts out thousands of gallons of waste each week. (Hopefully, nowhere near the Dublin DR Pepper plant.) This waste is processed to remove smelly pathogens, and then treated with botanical extracts to prevent odor. The resulting liquid compost has almost no smell, and it can be used indoors on potted plants without any unpleasant odors.

Cow manure is a superior soil amendment because it is fully broken down. Cows have a 4 chamber stomach that is very effective at decomposing grass and wildflowers into their base ingredients. Manure from horses, sheep, and other animals will often still have viable seeds that can sprout into weeds. Manure from dairy cows is further along in the composting process and is ready to blend with soil.

To dilute this concentrated solution, please use 1 ounce of Moo Magic per 1 gallon of water. For the best results, use non-chlorinated water from a rain barrel or water well. If you only have tap water available, the same results can be achieved by filling a bucket and leaving it outside in the sunlight for 8 hours. This allows the chlorine to evaporate away, which prevents damage to the roots of your plants.

This 32 ounce container of cow manure fertilizer is enough to make 32 gallons.

Cow compost supercharges the growth of grass, boosting resistance to disease and heat stress. It's not always convenient to keep a herd of cows on your lawn though - they really confuse neighborhood dogs, and a cow staring at you makes grilling in the backyard a bit awkward. This concentrated fertilizer offers the same boost in a small, easy to carry container. It's like a herd of cows in a bottle!

Concentrated liquid compost offers the best value for weight. It weighs less than an equivalent amount of diluted liquid compost, and is more compact. Unlike dry manure, it is easy to carry around and doesn't incur over sized shipping charges.

Using cow manure is not only natural, but it also helps the environment by reducing waste. The waste produced by a dairy farm has as much environmental impact as a medium sized town. 2,500 cows produce more methane than a city of 400,000 people. This potent greenhouse gas is eliminated by processing the cow manure into fertilizer.

Many cattle farms use an unsightly manure lagoon to dispose of cow manure, but the manufacturers of this eco-friendly compost turn the cow patties into "brown gold" and avoid the health and pollution problems caused by improper sanitation. Using heat-treated cow manure is a win-win: it boosts the size of flowers and the productivity of vegetable gardens around the house, while improving conditions around the farm too. The cow poo is prevented from releasing odors, greenhouse gas, or bacteria that can affect local waterways, and homeowners yards are improved at the same time!

Application rates will vary based on the plants you treat. Some plants are very needy, while others require only moderate fertigation while they're growing and only need intense nutrients while bearing fruit.

This all natural soil amendment will stimulate growth, boost fruit yields, and improve the water retention of your yard or vegetable garden. It can be poured directly on the soil, applied through a soaker or with a spray bottle.
