This vac is ideally suited for picking up small piles of leaves. It's great for clearing doorways or porches. Use it just like you would use your house vacuum - simply sweep across an areas covered by leaves and make the unsightly problem go away. There's no need to rake or sweep the leaves into piles; simply vacuum them up with this heavy duty mulching vacuum.

The heavy duty impeller mulches as it cleans. This mulching action prepares leaves for composting, and since the ShopVac is an electric powered vacuum, there's no danger of gasoline contamination. Mulched leaves decompose very quickly due to the large exposed surface area, and they make great soil.
