  • The garden center cedar planter box measures 35 1/2" high by 25" wide by 73 3/8" long. You'll have plenty of room for an entire small vegetable garden.

Check out our entire selection of Garden Planters or Self Watering Planters!

Raised container garden wooden planters are perfect for gardeners who have trouble getting down on their knees to garden. Now you can stand while you garden, or even bring along a stool or chair to sit on.

The planter box also includes a bottom shelf for storage and a potting tray.

Even if you have a large yard, imagine the convenience of having your salad garden right on the back porch so that you have quick and easy access. You can also keep pests like rabbits and deer away from a container garden much easier.

These cedar square wooden planter containers have an interior planting depth of 8 inches, so there is plenty of soil depth for growing even deep rooted vegetables.

The bottom is made of cedar slats with a unique liner that permits excess water to pass through but holds the soil in place. Cedar is a naturally insect and weather resistant wood.

Cedar planter ships broken down into pieces. They are easy to assemble on arrival. All holes are pre-drilled and screws are included. Should take about an hour to put together or much quicker if you're handy.

This item can take two to three weeks for delivery.

I purchased this planter and after a very difficult assembly, filled it with soil and planted mums. Less than one month later I returned home and the bottom had collapsed. Very cheap wood. Total JUNK. DO NOT BUY!!

I was shocked to read the other review and can only surmise that the planter was not constructed correctly. We love our planter. It is sturdy and we easily reached. We filled it with a small kitchen garden and it was a delight. It was especially useful since our yard is primarily in shade. I am back at the web site to purchase our second box, and I needed to send the address to two friends who want to purchase ones for themselves. It’s a great product! Thank you!

After a very long difficult assembly, which included seriously chipped non-cedar boards, this also required cutting the "unique liner" to close all gaps on the bottom, as well as buying more garden liner from our local nursery to fill the gaps. The pre-drilled holes are off. This required many hours of extra handy work to stay together, and we are unsure if this will last more than one year.

This is a very nice, USA made, raised planter. The overall quality however is dependent on who puts it together, so some care must be taken (thus the average 3 for quality score)

The trick I found was to completely construct the two smaller end sections, with the legs, while the piece is laying flat. Be sure to flush up the inner section so the long side sections fit in. Once this is done grab a speed square and assemble the two longer side sections.

I found that I needed a few extra nails to tack in the felt, as well as a few more screws for the lower slats. Overall we’re very happy with it so far.
