Want to know how much shipping will cost for one or more items?
Simply add the item or items to your shopping cart and use the Shipping Calculator at the bottom of the shopping cart page. Enter your ZIP code, and it will tell your total with shipping.
Most items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Many things ship out the same day. Items on the web site
are available unless noted otherwise. If an item is out of stock, you will
be notified and have the opportunity to cancel your order. Delivery time is normally
5 to 8 business days.
Faster delivery is available at an additional charge for most items. Please email us for details.
I am in the Dallas area. Can I drop by and pick something up?
Unfortunately, no. We only have a warehouse and office here in Dallas, and not a retail store. We are a mail order company, and not a store. Also, although we carry many of the products that we sell here in Dallas, we don't necessarily stock everything here. Larger items often ship from a different location, and not from here, to save our customers the expensive of shipping these large items once to our warehouse, and then a second time to the customer.
Why order online?
Online orders are actually processed slightly faster than phone orders. We are
notified by email immediately when you order online, and when we retrieve
the order, it's complete with the address and contact information that you typed
in yourself! Of course, telephone orders are also welcomed.
How to order by US Mail or pay with a check or money order:
Simply order online and choose the option "Purchase Order" for type of payment. Then send a check or money order made out to Clean Air Gardening to the address listed at the bottom of the page.
