Simply add the item or items to your shopping cart and use the Shipping Calculator at the bottom of the shopping cart page. Enter your ZIP code, and it will tell your total with shipping. Most items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Many things ship out the same day. Items on the web site are available unless noted otherwise. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and have the opportunity to cancel your order. Delivery time is normally 5 to 8 business days. All orders received after 1:30pm CST will be processed on the next business day (even for items with express shipping). FedEx and UPS do not deliver Overnight or 2 Day deliveries on Saturdays. So if you order something for 1 Day delivery on a Friday, it will not arrive until the following Monday, for example. Faster delivery is available at an additional charge for most items. Please email us for details. I am in the Dallas area. Can I drop by and pick something up? Unfortunately, no. We only have a warehouse and office here in Dallas, and not a retail store. We are a mail order company, and not a store. Also, although we carry many of the products that we sell here in Dallas, we don't necessarily stock everything here. Larger items often ship from a different location, and not from here, to save our customers the expensive of shipping these large items once to our warehouse, and then a second time to the customer.
