Natural Weed Killer Concentrate

Regular Price: $59.99

Discontinued. To take out weeds, it's important to kill the leaves and burn out their roots too. This fast acting OMRI certified plant killer is the perfect way to eliminate invasive vines, tough dandelions, and other unwanted yet persistent plants.

This concentrated weed killer provides non-selective control of grass weeds and herbaceous broadleaf plants. It will kill whatever you spray it on, without using any toxic chemicals. The effect does not remain in the soil - there's no residue or long term loss of soil fertility.

The biodegradable ingredients are earth friendly and safe to use around children or pets. Since there are no toxins, you can also use it in the same place that you plan to grow fruits or vegetables. The plant killing action comes from food grade organic citric acid and clove oil instead of chemical herbicides.

Active ingredients:
  • 30% Citric Acid
  • 18% Clove Oil

  • Inert ingredients:
  • Mineral Oil (USP)
  • Distilled Water
  • Arabic Gum

  • Directions for use:

Mix 1 part BurnOut II Weed and Grass Killer concentrate with 3 parts water (a 1:3 mixing ratio). For deeply rooted weeds, a 1:2 ratio may achieve better results. For Triffids, a 1:1 ratio is recommended.

After diluting Natural Weed Killer with water, spray the mixture using a trigger sprayer or pump sprayer. Broad cast applications (ie; clearing out an area before planting with a new species of grass) require 35-75 gallons of spray solution per acre. When diluted 1:3, this 1 gallon bottle has enough BurnOut to treat 1,700 to 3,700 square feet.

Natural Weed Killer Concentrate can also be used as a band or spot treatment. Mix with water in a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio, and spray directly on target plants. Spraying on the leaves or roots will cause them to wither.
