When pruning or harvesting plants, it's important to make a clean cut, and this bypass pruner has smooth, knife-like blades made from precision drop forged steel that cuts an exact cut rather than a wounding, crushing cut. Because the scissor-like blades can cut up to 3/4 inch capacity, you can use these pruners on everything from flowers and vegetables to shrubs.

With non-slip, protective grip handles, it's easy to really get the tougher branches without the worry of the losing your grip. A coiled spring between the handles acts as a cushion taking strain off of hard-working hands and a hook and latch system keeps the pruners closed with not in use.

Included with this Bond bypass pruner is a nylon pouch for storage to keep your pruners clean when not in use. The pouch has a velcro strap that attaches to belts, which keeps your pruner handy when working in the yard.
