Each utensil is hand carved by a Vietnamese villager out of a single piece of bamboo, a wonderfully sustainable resource. Unlike typical wooden spoons, all these pieces are heat and stain resistant. They are also hand finished with natural, food-safe oils and are safe to use on non-stick surfaces.
